I moved the agenda handheld apps to the agenda_apps directory. Hopefully that will not cause many problems. It shouldn't because very few people were downloading them.

I also only have the latest efractal app, and I put the win32 binaries all together. They were in seperate .zip files before. That should make it easier for windows users to run efractal.
